Role Overview

As the Global Product Owner - Salesforce Service Cloud & Platform at Fresenius Group, you will operate, enhance, and roll out innovative Salesforce solutions across our global OneCRM (PULSE) program. This role is crucial in aligning strategic business objectives with technical execution in four Commercial regions and multiple business units.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud & Platform solutions
  • Drive solution design, architecture, and technical alignment
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to harmonize customer service processes
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog with global release plans
  • Prepare and lead workshops for localization and adoption
  • Oversee release management processes in collaboration with IT and vendors
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics
  • Stay current on Salesforce best practices and industry trends
  • Mentor team members and foster continuous learning

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess a University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields with an added advantage for MBA or PhD holders. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce projects in a CRM, Commercial, or Product Owner capacity. Salesforce certifications and deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud are essential.
