Role Overview
The ATM Network Infrastructure & Security Lead manages a virtual team of IT Network, Infrastructure, and Security experts and managers. The role drives standardization and governance for IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity within OneATM, leveraging Blueprints and Frequentis Evergreen® practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape ATM Network, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity Strategy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive strategy and roadmap with international teams.
- Leverage synergies to maximize efficiency and quality results.
- Ensure availability of up-to-date Blueprints for operational requirements.
- Guarantee compliance with Frequentis security governance policies and industry standards.
- Create and implement Frequentis OneATM Security Strategy, including Cybersecurity business models.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 10 years proven IT experience (development, architecture, project management).
- At least 3 years in a managerial or lateral leadership role, preferably in IT.
- Strong knowledge in IT Network, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, certificates preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical and structured problem solving combined with leadership excellence.
