Role Overview

The ATM Network Infrastructure & Security Lead manages a virtual team of IT Network, Infrastructure, and Security experts and managers. The role drives standardization and governance for IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity within OneATM, leveraging Blueprints and Frequentis Evergreen® practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape ATM Network, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity Strategy.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive strategy and roadmap with international teams.
• Leverage synergies to maximize efficiency and quality results.
• Ensure availability of up-to-date Blueprints for operational requirements.
• Guarantee compliance with Frequentis security governance policies and industry standards.
• Create and implement Frequentis OneATM Security Strategy, including Cybersecurity business models.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 10 years proven IT experience (development, architecture, project management).
• At least 3 years in a managerial or lateral leadership role, preferably in IT.
• Strong knowledge in IT Network, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, certificates preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical and structured problem solving combined with leadership excellence.
