Overview

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? At Freeman Jet Center - Acadiana, the Aviation Customer Service Representative role is all about delivering elite customer service to crew and passengers. You will provide a warm welcome, concierge service, and collaborate with ground personnel to ensure all services are completed and invoiced.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide concierge services including making reservations
  • Invoice services rendered to customers and pilots
  • Record customer preferences in the CSI system
  • Prepare proactively for incoming aircraft
  • Provide timely feedback on service issues
  • Collaborate with the line service team
  • Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages
  • Maintain a neat work area including front desk, lobby, and FBO amenities

Requirements & Competencies

Customer service experience in the industry, strong computer and communication skills, basic mathematics proficiency, and a clean driving record are essential. Bi-lingual skills are preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role operates in a professional environment with potential exposure to different weather conditions and aircraft. You must be able to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and may experience hazardous noise and chemicals.

Additional Information

This is a part-time, non-exempt position with shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays. No travel is expected. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
