Role Overview - Pharmacy QA Compliance Coordinator
This role assures compliance with all State and Federal regulations concerning the compounding and safe handling of medications across the health system. The position is integral in maintaining medication availability, supporting patient care areas, and managing inventory in medication dispensing machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee safe handling and compounding of medications.
- Coordinate with practitioners, nursing staff, and pharmacy teams.
- Maintain inventory and medication dispensing machines.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- Licensed in the state of Missouri.
- PHARMD, board certification, residency, fellowship or equivalent experience is preferred.
