Summary
The HR Business Partner & Project Specialist will serve as a strategic advisor to corporate functions including Legal, IT, Finance, and Marketing. This role provides proactive HR support, coaching, and project management to drive business goals and improve team performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor for business leaders.
- Support recruitment and talent program development.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolutions.
- Guide leaders on change management and organizational development.
- Leverage data analytics to drive HR strategies.
- Provide policy guidance and conduct thorough investigations.
Education & Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required along with 5+ years of HR generalist experience in complex organizations. HR certification is a plus.
