Role Overview

The Product Manager will lead the development of critical payment and blockchain-related infrastructure, including an On/Off-Ramp Aggregator and a Custody/Crypto Processing Aggregator. This role involves strong product ownership across provider integrations, configuration management, transaction flows, and operational tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment and custody aggregation products.
• Design scalable aggregator architecture with engineering and architecture teams.
• Define integration requirements and coordinate with external vendors.
• Establish deposit/withdrawal transaction flows including validation and reconciliation.
• Manage configuration requirements such as provider onboarding and fee models.
• Ensure robust observability and operational readiness through monitoring and alerts.
• Define compliance, risk, and fraud prevention product requirements.
• Maintain high-quality product documentation like PRDs and release notes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Manage delivery roadmap, priorities, and execution scope aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or trading infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of payment processing fundamentals including card payments, bank transfers, payment gateways, and PSP integrations.
• Practical understanding of the blockchain transaction lifecycle including wallets, confirmations, and gas fees.
• Knowledge of deposit and withdrawal structures in centralized exchanges.
• Experience working with custody providers and crypto processing platforms.
• Ability to define clear product requirements for backend systems and infrastructure services.
• Experience in managing multiple integrations and delivering under time constraints.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive decisions across multiple stakeholders.
