About the Role
The Technical Business Analyst - Banking Policies & Procedures role at Free-Work is ideal for experienced professionals with strong SQL skills and a background in AI‑driven or data‑driven solution delivery. You will support the transformation of banking policies and procedures into actionable AI use cases within an international team.
Key Tasks & Deliverables
- Analyze and interpret existing bank policies and procedures.
- Define AI-driven use cases from banking practices.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders for clear technical specifications.
- Perform hands-on testing and validate AI models and system outputs.
- Investigate and resolve issues using SQL and technical tools.
- Ensure structured documentation and effective version control.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in dynamic environments.
- Proven experience delivering AI use cases or advanced data analytics solutions.
- Strong SQL proficiency and ability to validate model/system outputs independently.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking, preferably trading banks.
- Fluency in English required.
- Available to work 3 days per week onsite in Central Paris (with 2 days remote option).
