SRE DevOps AI Automation Consultant
We are seeking a Senior SRE DevOps consultant with strong AWS expertise and practical experience in automating incident remediation using AI agents. This role is part of a strategic program within a major luxury group, focusing on reliability, performance, and operational industrialization. The consultant will work on Site Reliability Engineering, advanced automation, observability, and production optimization, with a strong innovation dimension around LLMs and autonomous agents.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the reliability, stability, and performance of AWS cloud platforms.
- Design and implement automatic incident remediation mechanisms.
- Integrate AI agents into operational workflows, troubleshooting, and runbooks.
- Participate in setting up automation pipelines for monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
- Work on architectures and tools related to Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to enhance overall service resilience.
- Contribute to the observability and operation of data from tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Elastic.
- Support the industrialization of DevSecOps practices, access management, secrets management, and IAM topics.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a senior profile with solid SRE/DevOps experience in complex cloud environments, with imperative mastery of AWS. The consultant must also demonstrate significant experience in the following areas:
- Advanced automation of operations and incident remediation.
- AI agents, LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and automated workflows.
- Tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure as Code and automation with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Strong development/scripting foundations in Python, Go, or Node.js.
- A strong culture of production, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Experience in demanding environments with high service quality and responsiveness requirements will be particularly valued.
