Job Description
Contexte de la mission
Free-Work recherche un Senior RPA & Test Automation Engineer pour renforcer une équipe Qualité Produit au sein d'un grand groupe du secteur énergie/tech. Le consultant interviendra sur l'ensemble du cycle, incluant cadrage, conception, développement, mise en production, et suivi du RUN.
Responsabilités principales
- Participer et animer des réunions de prise de connaissance et cadrage technique.
- Concevoir et développer des scripts d’automatisation (Robot Framework).
- Tester, valider et mettre en production les automatisations.
- Maintenir la documentation et assurer un reporting régulier.
- Gérer le RUN : suivi quotidien, analyse des incidents, corrections, évolutions.
- Automatiser des tests de non-régression (web, mobile, API).
- Produire des PoC (Proof of Concept) pour de nouveaux besoins d’automatisation.

Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal possédera un Bac+5 avec un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en automatisation, une expertise confirmée en Robot Framework, et une connaissance appréciée des principes RPA. Une expérience en méthodologies Agiles est un plus. Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse, autonome, avec une communication claire et la capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle et interagir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs.
