Job Description
Overview
Free-Work is expanding its Cyber division (SOC / VOC) to industrialize alert analysis and enrichment using automation and AI (LLM/agents). In the role of Security AI & SOC Automation Engineer, you will transform raw alerts into intelligible, actionable incidents by combining automation, security expertise, and applied AI.
Your Role
- Design automated SOC workflows (SIEM / SOAR).
- Integrate LLM/LMM into alert analysis for enrichment and prioritization.
- Develop agent logics (RAG, MCP, tools, context).
- Improve detection quality and reduce noise.
- Collaborate closely with SOC / VOC analysts.
Technical Environment
- Splunk SIEM / SOAR / EDR
- Python, APIs
- LLM (API or self-hosted), RAGE
- DR / AD / Cloud

- Experience in SOC, Detection, and Automation.
- Strong cybersecurity culture (MITRE ATT&CK).
- Development, automation, and scripting skills.
