About the Role
We are seeking a Jamf macOS Expert to join the Workplace team within Service Delivery France, reporting directly to the Infrastructure & Workplace Service Delivery Manager. You will integrate into a dynamic team of 10 individuals, with the primary mission of ensuring the performance, maintenance, and evolution of workstations and IT services.
Your Key Missions
- Manage the lifecycle of Apple equipment (macOS and iOS) and user authorizations.
- Ensure operational run: handling incidents, requests, problems, and production deployments.
- Maintain and optimize workstations, software, and IT services, guaranteeing their quality, security, and availability.
- Participate in the industrialization and automation of IT processes.
- Conduct technological watch to propose improvements and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Mandatory: Jamf, macOS, ITIL
- Desired: Intune, iOS, Windows 11, MECM/SCCM, M365 (Teams, Exchange, Office)
- Autonomy, rigor, and critical thinking to identify and implement optimizations.
- A strong inclination for teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues on complex technical subjects.
