About the Role
We are seeking an IT Tester to ensure the quality, both functional and technical, of our applications. You will be responsible for comprehensive testing, from subscription to claims management, and understanding the usage patterns of various profiles, including clients, call centers, and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Test complete user journeys, from subscription to claims management.
- Understand the usage patterns of different user profiles (clients, call centers, managers, etc.).
- Verify the consistency of data and business statuses (e.g., claims lifecycle).
- Go beyond the interface by analyzing databases, logs, and the back-end.
- Actively participate in the automated testing strategy.
Tech Stack & Tools
- BDD: SQL (essential), MongoDB
- API: Postman
- Automation: Cypress (or equivalent like Selenium)
- Data/Flows: Talend
- Environment oriented towards test industrialization
Candidate Profile
- Experience in technico-functional testing.
- Proficient with databases (SQL is essential, MongoDB is a plus).
- Knowledge of APIs (testing via Postman, for example).
- Strong aptitude for test automation.
- Familiarity with tools like Cypress, Selenium, etc.
