Job Description
IT Business Analyst
A global financial sector player is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join its team responsible for a GRC application used for IT risk management, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
The tool is already deployed for several scopes (Information Risk, BCM) and will be extended to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and the DORA regulatory framework.
You will be involved in day-to-day operations, configurations, functional enhancements, and new modules.
Your missions:
Analysis & Functional Design
- Gather, clarify, and structure business needs.
- Translate these needs into complete and actionable functional specifications.
- Challenge the editor's proposals and identify architectural impacts.
- Define and document the solution's functional target.
Solution Steering & Evolution Management
- Configure the GRC tool using internal tools (Designer, associated modules).
- Provide functional support to IT teams and the service provider.
- Manage enhancement requests, prioritize, track deliverables, and ensure overall consistency.
- Orchestrate testing cycles: strategy, execution, validation.
Governance, Coordination & Reporting
- Lead workshops, committees, and project instances (in English).
- Structure clear reporting: progress, risks, alerts, decisions.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance processes and support change adoption.
Candidate Profile:
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years as a business analyst with knowledge of processes related to Information Risk, BCM, TPRM, and DORA compliance.
- Experience in the operational implementation of IT Risk regulations in GRC solutions.
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge in cybersecurity, IT risk management, and IT architecture.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence.
- Skills in XML, SQL, databases.
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools.
Languages
- Fluent English is essential.
- French or German appreciated.
