Job Description
About the Role
As an IT Business Analyst within the banking sector, you will contribute to the design and evolution of digital tools for Regional Banks and their clients (Farmers, Professionals, Businesses, and Corporations). These solutions cover the entire credit lifecycle, from pre-sales (simulation, structuring) to managing complex credits (Corporate, Large Enterprises, Public Entities).
You will be integrated into an Agile squad (PO, SM, BA, IT teams) and participate in building high-performing, robust, and UX-oriented solutions, while respecting Time To Market, ROI, and risk management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Scope & Needs Analysis
- Evaluate the impact of opportunity studies on existing processes and tools.
- Identify and analyze business needs in collaboration with the User Pole (PU) and Regional Banks.
- Contribute to defining the macro-solution and the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Perform story mapping and participate in prioritizing value and ROI.
Functional Design
- Study existing processes and tools.
- Facilitate workshops for gathering needs and defining the target state.
- Write User Stories and refine them with IT teams.
- Participate in backlog prioritization with the Product Owner.
- Write functional specifications for development teams.
Project Monitoring & Delivery
- Ensure monitoring of projects with the User Pole.
- Guarantee the functional consistency of delivered solutions.
- Contribute to UX quality and product robustness.
- Actively participate in the squad's Agile rituals.
Testing & Acceptance
- Define the testing strategy.
- Maintain and enrich the test repository (XRAY).
- Pilot and execute functional acceptance testing.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables before production release.
Deployment & Support
- Accompany Regional Banks during deployments.
- Contribute to change management activities (support materials, workshops, training).
- Monitor usage and adoption indicators.
- Provide functional assistance to users.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Manage user requests (analysis, response, follow-up).
- Participate in post-mortem analyses.
- Propose improvements for tools and processes.
Profile Requirements
Key Skills
- Excellent analytical and needs formalization capabilities.
- Proficiency in framing and functional design methods.
- Proven experience in an Agile environment.
- Ability to manage the full lifecycle: framing → design → deployment → support.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, user interviews, and process modeling.
- Proficiency in writing User Stories and executing tests.
