Job Description
Expert CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 Frontend Developer - Subscription & Media
In the context of strengthening our digital teams, we are seeking an Expert CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a strong frontend development focus, to work on subscription and media-oriented platforms (press, streaming, digital services).
You will participate in the design of modern, high-performing, and customer journey-oriented CRM experiences, central to acquisition, retention, and loyalty challenges.
- Design and develop advanced frontend interfaces in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE).
- Develop PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) components using TypeScript / React.
- Customize forms, views, dashboards, and user journeys (Sales / Customer Service / Marketing).
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems: subscription, billing, payment, media.
- Collaborate with business teams (marketing, customer relations, product) to translate needs into effective CRM solutions.
- Participate in industrialization (quality, performance, ALM, Power Platform best practices).
Expected Responsibilities (Missions)
- Design/develop rich PCF components (custom UI in forms/grids).
- Improve the UX of advisor/back-office journeys (customer service, sales, retention).
- Integrate D365 with subscription systems (billing, payments, entitlements).
- Industrialize: ALM, managed solutions, pipelines, quality (tests, reviews, performance).
- Participate in framing: user stories, UI specs, business workshops (marketing/retention/support).
Concrete Deliverables Required
- 2-5 PCF components delivered to production (with examples: offer selector, enriched timeline, churn widgets, subscription comparison).
- A model-driven project with custom UI + performance best practices.
- Demo of API integrations (Dataverse Web API + AAD auth).
- Contribution to CI/CD Power Platform (or solid ALM procedure).

Essential Skills
Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
- Dynamics 365 CE: Customization, entities, forms, views, BPF, business rules, security (roles/teams).
- Power Platform: Power Apps (Model-driven), PCF (PowerApps Component Framework), Power Automate.
- Dataverse: schemas, relationships, security, performance, ALM.
- Customer Insights / Marketing (if needed): segmentation, journeys, consent.
Frontend
- TypeScript / JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS.
- React (very frequent in PCF), potentially Angular depending on stack.
- UI/UX: accessibility, responsive, design system, web performance.
- Tests: Jest / React Testing Library / Cypress (depending on context).
Integrations & Data (for Subscription)
- API: Web API Dataverse, REST, OAuth2/AAD.
- Event & batch: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus (optional).
- Subscription system connections: billing, payment, offer management, entitlement, identity (SSO).
Subscription & Media Business Knowledge
- Funnel: lead → subscriber, trial offers, upgrade/downgrade, cancellation, winback.
- Churn & scoring, targeted campaigns, consents (GDPR), multi-product management.
- Customer management: customer service, incidents, complaints, omni-channel interactions.
Seniority & Prerequisites
- 5+ years CRM / D365 including 2+ years PCF/TypeScript.
- Subscription experience (telecom, press, streaming, SaaS) strongly desired.
- Fluent French + technical English.
