Enterprise IT Architect SAP HANA Togaff

About the Role

We are building a team of experts capable of linking strategic vision with operational execution. The main mission is to pilot the alignment between business needs, end-to-end IT architecture, and the power of SAP S/4HANA, while ensuring agility, standardization, and innovation. You will be the bridge between group strategy and field realities, with a dual role:

Enterprise Architect

Design end-to-end processes (multi-GBU, multi-country) and coherent data models, breaking down silos.

SAP S/4 Hana Functional Expert

Challenge integrators to maximize Fit-to-Standard adoption, while ensuring smooth integration with the IT ecosystem (CRM, PLM, MES, etc.).

In this role, you will interface directly with:

• Value Stream Leaders (business)
• Value Towers, Tribe Leaders, and App Experts (ISIT)
• Enterprise Architecture (Business & Tech)
• Cloud, Data, and Integration teams (CCOE)
• Partners and integrators

Business Architecture & End-to-End Transformation

• Translate business strategy into IT roadmaps: Support process modeling by Value Stream leads and their teams (e.g., project management, manufacturing, customer service) in an end-to-end, multi-IT, and multi-country mode. Analyze drivers, objectives, requirements, and expected results to frame the Business & Information Architecture. Analyze data provisioning opportunities (Business Objects / Data / Artifacts) through service-oriented architectures.
• Break down silos: Identify innovation opportunities (e.g., data platforms, MDM) and propose service-oriented architectures. Define data governance rules (lifecycle, quality, integrity) in collaboration with technical teams.
• Pilot the transformation roadmap: Prioritize initiatives based on business/technical constraints and chances of success. Ensure alignment with group standards (TOGAF, SAP Activate) and best practices.
