Overview

The Business Analyst Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online will manage application projects on the Microsoft 365 platform and play an active role in the migration program from SharePoint 2019 On Premise to SharePoint Online.

Main Missions

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and facilitating workshops with users.
  • Drafting agendas, writing meeting minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to design tailored solutions.
  • Maintaining the backlog and writing functional and technical specifications.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies including backlog definition, sprint planning, daily meetings, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders (Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Master, PMO, Program Manager, IT governance teams).
  • Developing and executing the testing strategy.
  • Monitoring production deployments and ensuring project governance.
  • Conducting user training on collaborative solutions.
  • Supporting change management and user adoption.
  • Participating in international projects.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 6 to 8 years in Microsoft 365/SharePoint projects with confirmed experience in migrating from SharePoint On Premise to SharePoint Online.

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and On Premise (2013/2016/2019), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps, Power BI), Teams, OneDrive, Azure DevOps (Azure Boards), ShareGate, and Mozzaik 365. Proficiency in configuring SharePoint and proposing collaborative Microsoft 365 solutions.

Personal Qualities: Autonomy, rigor, an ability to work in a demanding environment, strong listening skills, synthesis and argumentation, good interpersonal communication (oral and written), excellent writing skills for documentation, and fluency in English. Knowledge of the Agile SAFe framework is appreciated.
