About the role
Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to assist our clients in defining functional business needs. You will be responsible for:
- Collecting and analyzing needs expressed by the relevant business lines.
- Writing functional specifications iteratively according to the Agile methodology.
- Performing functional analysis activities within the scope of various evolution and maintenance projects related to solutions.
- Analyzing and integrating market tools, ensuring coordination with external suppliers.
- Defining functional test cases to validate proposed solutions; conducting acceptance and non-regression tests (FAT).
- Taking charge of, documenting, and analyzing production incidents and 3rd level support requests.
Candidate Profile:
As a Business Analyst, you have:
- Basic IT knowledge necessary for a good understanding of implementation possibilities in IT systems.
- The ability to communicate with development teams.
- Experience in project management.
- Clear and structured writing skills.
- Analytical thinking and synthesis capabilities for complex issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English, which are essential.
Graduated from an engineering school or university, you have 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. You are rigorous, autonomous, and enjoy working in a team. You have a good ability to address business needs.
