Artwork Designer - Media/Streaming

We are seeking an experienced Artwork Designer for a major client in the audiovisual sector. This role involves close collaboration with editorial, brand, and product teams to create high-impact visual assets for media and streaming platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design tools and a proven track record in the media or entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and produce artworks with high strategic or editorial importance.
  • Visually translate editorial intentions and brand guidelines into compelling designs.
  • Adapt and extend artistic concepts defined by the Art Direction.
  • Propose and explore innovative visual directions.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and visual impact.
  • Adapt creations for technical constraints of various platforms (web, mobile, TV).
  • Participate in initial planning and discussions for key projects.
  • Understand strategic objectives and translate them into relevant visual solutions.
  • Present and defend creative choices to stakeholders.
  • Incorporate feedback while maintaining creative integrity and quality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of artwork assets and guidelines.
  • Participate in team rituals and knowledge sharing.

Deliverables:

  • Artwork concepts and explorations.
  • Multi-format and multi-platform artwork visuals.
  • Adaptations for various environments.
  • Final files ready for integration.
  • Contributions to existing artwork guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience Level: Confirmed - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Artwork Designer.
  • Required Expertise: Proficiency in design production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.). Significant experience in media, entertainment, or streaming. Ability to present and defend creations. Culture of documentation and adherence to guidelines. Excellent collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • Complementary Skills: Strong editorial sense and brand understanding. Ability to work on high-visibility or strategic projects. Excellent command of graphic systems and composition. Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Good understanding of web, mobile, and TV environments. Awareness of digital accessibility standards.
