Overview
Free People is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. This role blends strong analytical skills with creative curiosity, focusing on both marketing effectiveness and digital performance.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze digital performance in domestic and international regions.
- Measure channel effectiveness across social media, search, affiliate, influencer, and emerging platforms.
- Identify macro fashion trends to guide marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs globally.
- Analyze product and category-level performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in marketing analytics, ecommerce, retail, or agency roles.
- Strong quantitative skills with an understanding of fashion and consumer trends.
- Experience with SQL is preferred and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Excellent communication skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
