Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
- Effective oral/written communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
- Ability to handle stressful situations

- Utilize accuracy tools (scanner, 24-hour post-dispensing audit report)
- Establish and maintain record-keeping practices for legal compliance, company policies, and accounting reports
- Maintain a clean, neat, professional, and sanitary work area
- Handle all product returns promptly and per company policy
- Maintain all equipment in working condition
- Organize and maintain policy manuals, reference books, state laws, and required equipment, ensuring staff knowledge
- Maintain proper signage
