RV Experience Specialist - Sales Progression Role
Location: 726 Rocky Lake Drive, Bedford, Nova Scotia
Employment Type: Full-Time Seasonal (April to October 2026)
Wage: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on RV or related experience)
Are you looking to launch a career in sales and gain valuable hands-on experience? Fraserway RV is seeking an RV Experience Specialist. This customer-facing role is designed as a direct pathway to a Sales Consultant career. You will assist customers during the RV delivery process, develop in-depth product knowledge, and acquire essential dealership experience.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience
- Walk customers through RV features and safe operation.
- Ensure customers feel confident and prepared before departure.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional service.
Unit Preparation & Coordination
- Collaborate with Service and Rentals teams to ensure units are delivery-ready.
- Position and present RVs effectively for customer delivery.
- Inspect units and report any concerns or necessary maintenance.
Lot & Dealership Support
- Assist with lot organization and showroom setup.
- Support the coordination and movement of units across dealership teams.
Detailing & General Support
- Assist with cleaning and preparing RVs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support overall team operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
What You Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
Work Environment
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Physically demanding role including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving units.
- Shift work is required, including evenings and weekends.
- Overtime may be necessary during peak season.
