Key Contribution Areas

• Greet customers warmly and offer help.
• Ask open questions to understand customer needs.
• Recommend and locate merchandise matching customer requirements.
• Provide information on in-store offers, promotions, and store cards.
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Stay updated on latest trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain a friendly, customer-focused environment.
• Educate customers about Frasers Group and its brands.
• Offer alternatives and add-on sales where appropriate.
• Ensure store standards are maintained for the next trading day.
• Comply with all Frasers Group policies and procedures.
