Key Contribution Areas
- Greet customers warmly and offer help.
- Ask open questions to understand customer needs.
- Recommend and locate merchandise matching customer requirements.
- Provide information on in-store offers, promotions, and store cards.
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Stay updated on latest trends and product knowledge.
- Maintain a friendly, customer-focused environment.
- Educate customers about Frasers Group and its brands.
- Offer alternatives and add-on sales where appropriate.
- Ensure store standards are maintained for the next trading day.
- Comply with all Frasers Group policies and procedures.
