Role Overview: Casual Sales Assistant

In the role of Casual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a premium shopping experience by connecting with customers, providing expert product guidance, and maintaining the luxury standards of the shop floor. You will help create a warm, stylish, and customer-focused environment from the moment the store opens.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.

  • Recommend and locate products; stay updated on collections and trends.

  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
