Job Description
As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, offering tailored product recommendations, driving sales, and ensuring the store layout remains on-brand through effective visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Engage customers, provide product recommendations, and drive sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain stock presentation, replenish products, and support visual standards.
- Operations: Assist with deliveries, process stock, update pricing, and support inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
Customer-focused, friendly, confident, and an effective communicator. Must be adaptable, flexible, and driven to achieve goals while representing the Sports Direct brand.
Your Development
Receive full in-store induction training from day one. Progress through industry-recognised qualifications and internal Team Leader Programmes.
