Job Description

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, assisting with product selections, maintaining store standards, and supporting inventory operations.

Sales & Service:

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations
• Drive sales to help exceed store targets

Visual Merchandising:

• Maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising that reflects the Sports Direct brand

Operations:

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused with a passion for retail, friendly, confident, and a strong communicator. Adaptability, a flexible work ethic, and goal-driven attitude are essential. Representing the Sports Direct brand with pride is a must. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.
