Responsibilities include preparing staff schedules, processing leave and vacation requests, maintaining timekeeping records, and performing reception and filing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and adjust staff rotations and schedules.
- Calculate and allocate relief staff based on needs.
- Process vacation, leave, termination, and other requests.
- Maintain timekeeping and payroll records via computerized systems.
- Perform general clerical, receptionist, and filing duties.
Qualifications
A minimum requirement of Grade 12 plus four years' relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
Skills and Abilities
- Typing speed of 40 wpm
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage work effectively
- Proficiency with computer software and scheduling systems
- Physical ability to perform job duties
