About The Department

The Digital Assets Technology team builds secure, scalable solutions for tokenizing mutual fund shares using blockchain. Our work supports global 24/7 trading, retail and institutional platforms, and internal customer support tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for existing applications
• Streamline workflows through user consultation
• Assist with requirements, interface design, and feature solutioning
• Support users by resolving technical issues
• Collaborate with team members on problem solving
• Contribute to technical meetings and solution planning

Strategic Responsibilities

• Clarify business requirements with project teams
• Understand application modules and data models
• Coordinate and document application changes
• Prepare and execute system tests
• Support user acceptance testing and resolve issues
• Generate reports on application metrics

Team & Collaboration

• Work with architects and system engineers on projects
• Partner with key resources for test coverage
• Collaborate with product, support, and UX teams
• Refine requirements with project stakeholders
• Design scalable, high-performance software components

Experience, Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–4 years in systems analysis or technical projects. Experience with small to mid-scale IT projects and agile methodologies is preferred along with system testing experience. Financial services background and experience with Transfer Agent or record keeping systems is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of blockchain, tokenized funds, and digital assets is a plus
• Understanding of desktop, web, client/server, and mainframe systems
• Awareness of industry standards and platform architecture
• Experience with SQL queries is a plus

Work Schedule & Location

Ability to work in the Pacific/Mountain time zones; West Coast residency preferred.
