About The Department
The France & Benelux Distribution team at Franklin Templeton builds long-term partnerships with professional investor clients across the region. Working closely with banks, insurers, family offices, asset managers, and pension funds, the team delivers forward-looking investment solutions grounded in trust, consistency, and innovation. Colleagues are based across Paris, Luxembourg, Brussels, and Amsterdam and collaborate closely with global teams. Joining this team offers exposure to international markets, senior stakeholders, and a collaborative environment focused on long-term client impact.
How You Will Add Value
Client & Sales Support
- Serve as a primary contact for professional investor clients.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality client service.
- Support senior sales leaders with pre- and post-sales activities.
- Coordinate meetings, roadshows, and client events.
- Prepare for and attend selected client meetings.
Business Development & Growth
- Support new business identification across client segments.
- Maintain a structured and accurate sales pipeline.
- Contribute to account planning and relationship management.
- Track market, regulatory, and client developments.
Additional Responsibilities
- Build expertise in Franklin Templeton’s investment strategies.
- Support client requests including RFPs, due diligence questionnaires and ad-hoc requests, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Use AI, digital tools and automation to improve processes and reporting.
- Act as business management partner for the Head of the Region, by monitoring results and drafting business strategy presentations.
What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role
Experience
- 2–4 years in asset management or financial services.
- Background in client service, sales support, or business development.
- Exposure to France or Benelux wealth management markets.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of investment funds and asset management products.
- Ability to work with data, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and digital tools.

Work Schedule & Location
