Développeur Windev (H/F)

France Travail is seeking an experienced Developer (H/F) with expertise in WINDEV / C# and strong interpersonal skills to join their technical teams. You will become part of Caktus, their subsidiary specializing in business software publishing. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and evolution of software, as well as its integration with clients. You will also be involved in supporting and training users on their solutions.

Missions Et Activités Principales

1- Conception et développement

• Analyze and develop components using appropriate languages (WINDEV, SQL, C#).
• Ensure the development and realization of applications (prototypes and modules).
• Adapt and configure selected software packages for the software architecture.
• Participate in the structuring of databases.
• Harmonize and industrialize all components and applications.
• Document applications for future development and production deployment.

2- Tests et recette

• Define test protocols and scenarios (unit tests and load tests).
• Test, identify, and address any malfunctions of the developed software.
• Analyze results and write test reports.
• Verify the conformity of the work's capabilities with the client's request.

3- Mise en production et intégration

• Integrate pilot sites for testing the work in its final version.
• Mass deploy the product to users.
• Support management and users in the product lifecycle by acting as an integrator within the client environment.

4- Activités complémentaires

• Participate in N2/N3 support.
• Collaborate with accountants, financial managers, and legal experts to understand needs and ensure tool adequacy with accounting practices.
• Work with project management and integration teams to deploy tools in production and ensure their proper functioning.

Environnement Métier

• Solutions focused on accounting/finance. Some developments will be highly focused on functionalities related to accounting tools and domain. Knowledge of tools like PENNYLANE, SAGE, CEGID, QUADRA, or others would be appreciated.

Profil recherché

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 education in IT.
• Significant experience in development (ideally with an editor or integrator of accounting solutions).
• Good command of WINDEV (key criterion).
• Solid skills in C# and SQL.
• Comfortable with database environments and APIs.
• Analytical skills and ability to understand business needs.
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
• Sensitivity or interest in accounting/financial environments.
