As part of our development on urban catenary projects (tramways and trolleybuses), we are seeking an experienced Conducteur de travaux expérimenté en LAC.

Your Missions Include

  • Piloting the preparation and execution of works.
  • Optimizing work organization (adapting methods and resources).
  • Ensuring operational excellence on construction sites (safety, quality of services, adherence to milestones and budget).
  • Participating in administrative monitoring and financial performance of projects.
  • Establishing respect and trust with the project owner (aiming for client satisfaction).
  • Organizing and supervising teams, ensuring efficiency, cohesion, and motivation.

Position Details

This is a permanent (CDI) position. Extensive national travel is required, particularly in cities within the Lyon region and the Southeast of France. Occasional night or weekend work may be necessary.

Desired Profile

Two possible profiles are considered:

  1. Holder of an Engineering Degree, you must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in railway or urban catenary.
  2. Experienced Technician, you possess good knowledge of LAC works, following at least 5 years of experience in catenary studies or preparation park, and at least 2 years on site.

You are rigorous and methodical, with an analytical mind, capable of conducting in-depth work integrating various domains. You master QSE procedures and reference systems (PPSPS, PAE, PAQ, ...). A B driving license is mandatory.
