Job Description
Business Analyst at France Travail
Our specialized IT team is recruiting a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract mission for its client.
Start date: as soon as possible
Compensation: starting from 65,000 EUR per year

Main Missions / Responsibilities:
- Analysis & Framing: Conduct upstream analysis of business needs. Decompose complex problems into opportunities for improvement.
- Modeling & Specification: Model business processes. Draft detailed functional documentation.
- Animation & Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather needs and ensure alignment among all parties.
- Backlog Management: Collaborate closely with Lead Product Owners and Product Owners to feed, prioritize, and refine product backlogs.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze relevant data to justify decisions and produce activity monitoring reports.

- Analytical Expertise: Ability to listen and question business needs to translate them into clear, structured documents. Rigor in transforming imprecise requests into exploitable functional specifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modeling tools, backlog management tools, and a solid culture of data analysis.
