Overview

Framework is hiring certified Spanish Speaking/Bilingual tutors for Fall 2025. This part-time, remote role involves providing virtual tutoring services to diverse elementary students in math and ELA subjects. Sessions last from 15 to 60 minutes and can be conducted one-on-one or in small groups of up to 8 students.

Details & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering live, high-quality tutoring via an online video platform.
  • Conducting sessions in 1:1 or small groups.
  • Creating a safe, interactive virtual learning environment.
  • Administering assessments and maintaining timely communication with the Framework Tutor Ops Team.

Shift & Compensation

Weekly availability required Monday-Thursday from 7:00-11:00 pm EST. Pay includes $35 per tutoring hour and $20 per hour for administrative/prep time, with no guaranteed minimum hours.

Requirements

  • Current valid teaching license (expired licenses not accepted).
  • Certified in General Ed, Math, or ELA.
  • Must be Spanish Speaking/Bilingual and reside in the U.S.
  • Reliable computer, mic, camera, and internet connection.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check.
  • Prior online tutoring experience is a plus.
