Alternance - Support PMO / Knowledge Management F/H
Framatome is a major international player in the nuclear industry, recognized for its innovative solutions and high-value-added technologies for the design, construction, maintenance, and development of the global nuclear power plant base.
The company designs and manufactures components and fuel, and offers a full range of services for reactors.
The Installed Base (IB) business unit develops integrated products, services, and solutions (maintenance, modernization, power uprating, and life extension of power plants) for customers' existing and future nuclear power plant fleets.
Within the IBS maintenance business line, you will act as an Apprentice PMO Assistant.
Your Main Missions
- Deployment of Knowledge Management
- Monitoring and participation in individual Knowledge Transfers (KT) according to the Framatome method
- Participation in the deployment of training modules
- Populating shared information resources
- Management of skills in project management and operational excellence
- Proposing a reporting tool and maintaining it for these training courses and for all employees of the Business Line
- Contribution to project quality
- Supporting the Business Line's project managers in mastering project quality in accordance with Framatome's and IB's Integrated Management System (SMI)
You will be supported by the entity's PMO and report to the head of the maintenance project performance department.
Occasional travel to the Chalon site may be required depending on needs.
Profile
You are pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in a Business School, Engineering School, or University Master's program in Project Management, Management, Operational Excellence, or equivalent.
