Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Fragomen, an Am Law 100 firm and the leading immigration services provider, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office. In this role, you will work on exciting, cross-disciplinary projects that include technology initiatives and business transformation efforts. You will manage high-complexity strategic projects across the firm and coordinate with an array of resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage firmwide projects ensuring timely, within scope, and budget completion.
• Define business case, project scope, success criteria, and KPIs with sponsors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set milestones and monitor progress.
• Develop detailed project plans, track action items, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage changes using formal change request processes and document comprehensively.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices consistently.
• Utilize latest technology trends including AI and cloud applications in projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of project management experience.
• PMP, PfMP, or Scrum certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Preferred familiarity with ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
