About the Role
Fragomen, an Am Law 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a skilled Client Enablement Specialist to support various corporate functions including client onboarding, enablement, and implementation. This role supports effective interactions with both new and existing clients.
The position is available for both Matawan, NJ hybrid and off-site remote employees in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in implementation calls and partner with Client Enablement leaders.
- Act as the main point of contact for client and legal team stakeholders.
- Schedule recurring implementation meetings with internal and external clients.
- Lead documentation of detailed onboarding process requirements.
- Manage assigned New Client Onboarding projects.
- Assist or lead resolution of day-to-day client questions and system issues.
- Create presentations, update manuals/cheat sheets, and maintain the client onboarding library.
- Collaborate with IT, Client Services, Finance and other internal teams.
- Conduct research and support process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Client Engagement, Client Enablement or related function.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Familiarity with business protocol writing and process mapping.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and data entry skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
Fragomen values its people and offers numerous benefits including 22 PTO days plus federal holidays, medical/dental/vision plans with FSA & HSA options, and a 401K plan. The estimated salary range for a hybrid schedule locally is between $70,000.00 and $83,000.00.
