Your Responsibilities as Speditionskaufmann Seefracht Import

• You are responsible for the comprehensive support of a defined client base, true to our motto "one face to the customer."
• You manage the freight forwarding process for worldwide transport orders from A-Z.
• The calculation of prices and offers is in your hands.
• You are the first point of contact for our international customers and partners.
• You handle customs clearances.
• The preparation of profit and loss statements and the execution of monthly closings for your area of responsibility complete your diverse range of tasks.

What You Bring

• You have a commercial apprenticeship in freight forwarding/shipping or a comparable qualification.
• Routine experience in the operational handling of sea freight orders? Check!
• You impress with strong communication skills, both written and spoken, also in English.
• A proactive and customer-oriented way of working is one of your strengths.
