Foursales, Sales and marketing headhunters, busca um(a) Consultor(a) de Negócios Headhunter com forte visão de negócios para atuar em projetos de Executive Search nas áreas de Vendas e Marketing.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Alinhar demandas estratégicas diretamente com clientes.
- Desenvolver planos estratégicos de hunting ground para identificar talentos.
- Mapear e captar profissionais de vendas e marketing usando diversas plataformas (LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, BNE, Infojobs, Empregos, Indeed).
- Avaliar histórico de resultados e perfil de executivos de média e alta liderança em diferentes segmentos.
- Manter um relacionamento consultivo com clientes, oferecendo dados e insights de mercado.
- Resolver conflitos e mitigar riscos em processos de recrutamento.
Requisitos Essenciais
- Experiência comprovada nos ecossistemas de Vendas e/ou Marketing (B2B).
- Formação superior completa em áreas de negócios.
- Capacidade de comunicação eficaz com diferentes níveis hierárquicos, incluindo alta gestão.
- Interesse genuíno por negócios, pessoas e forte curiosidade intelectual.
