Role: Spa Attendant

The Spa Attendant at Four Seasons is a full-time role at Beverly Wilshire that shapes guest experiences in a luxury spa setting. Reporting to the Director of Spa, you will help maintain high standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold spa standards in locker rooms, workout areas, pool, and pre-treatment zones.
  • Respond courteously and professionally to guest interactions to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Set up and maintain spa areas including refreshments and game rooms.
  • Assist guests with appointments and usage of spa facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers and supervisors while handling guest inquiries.
  • Stock and clean waiting areas, restrooms, and locker zones.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six months in hospitality or fitness related work.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong communication skills in English.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexible schedule required.
