Role: Spa Attendant
The Spa Attendant at Four Seasons is a full-time role at Beverly Wilshire that shapes guest experiences in a luxury spa setting. Reporting to the Director of Spa, you will help maintain high standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold spa standards in locker rooms, workout areas, pool, and pre-treatment zones.
- Respond courteously and professionally to guest interactions to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Set up and maintain spa areas including refreshments and game rooms.
- Assist guests with appointments and usage of spa facilities.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers and supervisors while handling guest inquiries.
- Stock and clean waiting areas, restrooms, and locker zones.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Minimum six months in hospitality or fitness related work.
