About The F&B Assistant Role

The Server Assistant Intern is a hybrid position responsible for In-Room Dining serving, Server Assistant duties, Bussing, and Food Running. This role focuses on offering guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience. The individual must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail. The Server Assistant Intern may also be responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication and guest contact skills. Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a similar environment. Candidates should be knowledgeable in the areas of food and wine, and should possess outstanding sales skills. Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is also required. The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request. The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
