Au sein du département People & Culture, vous êtes un véritable partenaire du quotidien, contribuant activement à la vie RH de l’hôtel. Vous intervenez sur un périmètre riche et varié couvrant l’administratif, le recrutement et la communication interne notamment. Polyvalent et rigoureux, vous êtes animé par le sens du service, l’envie d’apprendre et le goût du travail en équipe dans un environnement stimulant et bienveillant.Your Main Missions
Administration du Personnel
- You will draft and format letters, certificates and emails, ensuring the quality and clarity of each document.
- You will welcome employees and visitors with kindness and professionalism, becoming one of the first faces of the People & Culture department.
- You will update databases and bring reliable and precise organization to the department.
- You will follow personnel files with attention (creation, updating, archiving).
- You will assist new arrivals on their first day and give them their badges, contributing to a warm and memorable onboarding.
- You will participate in the monitoring and management of temporary and interim staff, ensuring smooth and rigorous processing.
Talent Acquisition
- You will actively participate in the recruitment of our seasonal and future talents.
- You will publish job ads on our partner platforms.
- You will coordinate each step of the process, from the first contact to the completion of the file.
- You will ensure transparent communication with each candidate, including when sending rejections, respecting Four Seasons standards.
Events and Communication
- You will contribute to the internal and external communication of the department.
- You will create dedicated materials for employees, particularly concerning training and HR life.
- You will share internal opportunities and departmental news on our communication channels.
- You will support the organization of training sessions and contribute to their promotion.
Profile Sought
- Student in a business, hotel management, or HR school.
- First experience in luxury hospitality appreciated.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
