About the location
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
About The Role
The People & Culture Intern plays an integral role in supporting the Human Resources team, gaining hands-on experience across key areas such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communications. This internship offers a full immersion into HR operations within the luxury hospitality sector, allowing you to develop your skills, creativity, and passion for people while contributing to the hotel’s culture of excellence. Reporting to the People & Culture department, you will work closely with team members to ensure that our employees receive the best possible support and experience.
What You Will Do
- Learning & Development: Coordinate the preparation of training sessions and materials. Ensure that all required equipment and resources are set up for trainings. Follow up with managers and employees to confirm attendance. Prepare and organize training documentation and attendance sheets. Assist in facilitating training sessions and onboarding programs. Support with employee onboarding, including uniform appointments, policy signings, and welcome sessions.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in creating and updating job descriptions. Publish job postings across various recruitment platforms. Participate in candidate selection and initial screening. Communicate effectively with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Support the coordination of Talent Days and recruitment events. Participate in hospitality school career fairs and related initiatives.
- General Tasks: Contribute to internal communication projects, ensuring all platforms (notice boards, TV screens, internal social media, etc.) are regularly updated. Assist in organizing internal employee events and activities led by People & Culture, such as staff meetings, recognition events, and celebrations. Participate in any additional HR-related projects or initiatives as required.

- Education: Student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Organization: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of service.
- Attention to detail: Careful and precise in handling administrative tasks, documentation, and communication to ensure accuracy and consistency.
