Manager, Internal Events and Communications
This role is a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized position within the Internal Communications team. The Manager, Internal Events and Communications uses communications planning expertise and exceptional writing skills to design and deliver high impact internal events and communications that bring our culture to life, foster engagement, and support business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Global Internal Events: Support planning, design, and delivery of global internal events such as town halls, leadership meetings, Corporate Long Service Awards Ceremony, and the annual International Leadership Conference. Develop event strategies to engage employees, strengthen culture, and reinforce business priorities. Manage planning, logistics, production, vendor partnerships, budget optimization, and effectiveness measurement.
FSHO Events: Lead planning for Four Seasons Head Office events by collaborating with volunteer committees, sourcing and coordinating vendors, partnering with People and Culture, and measuring event participation and feedback.
Event Communications and Messaging: Develop and execute end-to-end event communications plans. Prepare tailored briefs and scripts for senior executives, and amplify event messages across internal channels such as Viva Engage, email, and message boards.
Internal Communications Support: Contribute to other internal communications activities and support additional duties as required, including working outside of traditional hours for global support.
What You Bring
3-5 years of progressive experience in internal or corporate communications within a global organization is required. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and proven experience with large-scale global events in hybrid and in-person formats. Skills in budget management, creativity, vendor and contract management, and advanced knowledge of internal communications tools and MS Office are essential.

Travel
0% outside the Greater Toronto Area. A valid driver’s license and access to a car is required.
Work Arrangement
This role follows a hybrid working model requiring 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
