About The Role
The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join Housekeeping team. The Housekeeping Coordinator manages calls into the housekeeping department and ensures all guest requests are forwarded to the appropriate individual to follow through on request, facilitating the operational efficiency of the department.

Qualifications Include
- Prior housekeeping coordinator, receptionist, or high-volume call center experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
- Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Coordinators to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
