What each day will bring
Your day will be dynamic and varied, working on different vehicles and tires, and assisting customers. Your responsibilities may include:
- Inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing truck, farm, industrial, and OTR tires
- Greeting and communicating with customers regarding repairs, services, and tire sales
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and coworkers
- Ensuring customers are safe and on the road with pride in your work
What kind of person are we looking for?
We are seeking individuals with specific experience and a strong work ethic:
- At least 1 year of commercial tire experience for commercial positions.
- Previous automotive tire experience is preferred for the automotive tire technician position; however, motivated individuals with good attitudes may be trained.
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver's Abstract.
- Resilience to work in unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, or windy conditions.
- Willingness to be on call after hours.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds if required.
