About the Role

As the Staff Product Manager for Hire, our flagship ATS product, you will be responsible for setting priorities, driving engineering clarity, and delivering cross-functional alignment across Sales, Success, Implementation, and Engineering. You will own the full Hire roadmap, from core product maturity and enterprise accelerators to GTM coordination, as well as assist with Agentic AI initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Own a large and complex product surface area for enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Prioritize and deliver features at high velocity with engineering and design.
  • Translate customer and market signals into scalable product decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to iteration.
  • Act as the primary product point of contact for go-to-market teams with crisp documentation and updates.
  • Drive operational rigor through strong sprint planning and backlog management.

What You Should Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS, preferably in ATS, HR tech, or workflow-heavy products.
  • Proven track record managing large products from ideation to execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills for clear documentation and spec creation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and hands-on product ownership.
  • An execution-first mindset with ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Availability for 6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time.

Location & Time Zone

This is a fully remote position (International/Non-US) with partial overlap required with US Pacific Time.

Contract Details & Benefits

  • Contract length: 12 months, renewable.
