Bilingual Intake Navigator

Language Requirements

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3–6 months of customer service experience (call center experience a plus, but not required).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and navigating a Windows environment.
- Strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Willingness to adhere to scheduled breaks and lunches.
Home Setup Requirements
- A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
- A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
- Headset for calls
- Micro shredder (to be purchased by the end of training).
This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making. Examples may include automated workflows, data-supported recommendations, drafting or summarization tools, or candidate/employee interaction tools (as applicable to the role).
