About the Role

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will join our Product & Tech team to design, build, and maintain automation workflows and AI-powered solutions. Reporting to Harry, our Head of Technology, you will embed AI across processes, reduce manual workloads, unlock data insights, and enhance experiences for members and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify automation and AI integration opportunities across processes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automations using tools like Rails, Node.js, Zapier, n8n, and custom API integrations.
  • Build and fine-tune AI applications such as chatbots and summarization tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure reliability, security, and maintainability of automation and AI systems.

Key 2025/2026 Projects

  • Automating operational processes like reporting and data entry.
  • Developing AI-powered summarization and search tools for internal platforms.
  • Integrating AI into the Member App to enhance experiences.
  • Creating monitoring dashboards to track performance and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

We seek an innovative and impact-driven professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems. A strong interest in our mission, experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, custom scripts), and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails are essential. Familiarity with AI/ML APIs and frameworks is a plus.

Location & Travel
