Your Role

In the position of Remote Enablement Specialist North America, you will design scalable onboarding programs, create and maintain sales enablement content, manage knowledge and self-service learning, and support process and tool adoption. You will design engaging training sessions, work on performance coaching and skill development, and align enablement initiatives proactively with commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain onboarding programs for revenue hires.
  • Create core enablement assets such as playbooks and guides.
  • Manage internal knowledge bases and promote self-service learning.
  • Document and scale commercial workflows in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
  • Design live and asynchronous learning sessions and workshops.
  • Deliver performance coaching and skill development support.
  • Measure and report key enablement metrics with RevOps.

Your Profile

  • Exceptional C2-level English proficiency.
  • Experience in sales or revenue enablement within B2B SaaS or hotel tech.
  • Self-starter with proven success in onboarding and training programs.
  • Comfortable facilitating remote and in-person sessions.
  • Tech-savvy with LMS, CRM, and related tools.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
